- Auto-Revoke Rule: Next-tier milestone coupons are automatically revoked if your previous order attempt falls into a Cancelled or Failed status.
- PREPAID & CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS
- Prepaid Orders: If a digital transaction fails or drops before completion, your items will be held in our database under a “Pending Payment” status. You can safely complete the payment within 24 hours directly from your Customer Dashboard Orders tab using the secure “Pay Now” action button.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: All COD orders require a manual verification click of the displayed badge digits on the checkout screen. This action button locks your payment method and enables the “Place Order” button. Fake, unverified, or repeatedly refused COD shipments will result in permanent account and IP lockout.
- WHOLESALE & CORPORATE PROCUREMENT
Registered commercial buyers may submit bulk parameters through our dedicated Wholesale Inquiry Desk. All information submitted, including GST numbers and organization names, must be legally valid.
